A "Petabit" is a very large measure of communications bandwidth. Our logo combines all of these ideas. The resemblance to an @ symbol is an obvious allusion to communications. The font the logo emulates is called "Broadband". And the symbol in the center is the Japanese word Dai, meaning simply, BIG. The links on this page lead to some of the places on the web you'll see a Petabit in use today. Or even larger quantifiers, including the Marx Brothers....
